Of course I can.
I can find you a house that needs renovation (there are plenty of those on the market!), but you’ll have to sacrifice the great location and/or the profit margin.
I’ll keep my eyes open, and continue to check my pre-set searches every morning, but don’t hold your breath; this is a strong seller’s market with low inventory. The opportunity to pick up a house for a bargain has long since passed.
